i am new to the forum i am an ASE master tech at a local shop i now own 5 tool boxes just picked this one up from an Antique mall in town for 20$ i think i got a good deal now i got to figure out what to do with it

Thanks guys for all of the welcomes this is one of the most friendly places i have ever joined

Now for more progress i got the box down to bare metal primed and painted it i left a lot of the dents in it because

Wow...looks great! I like the color. There is a front panel that is part of that box, was it included in your purchase? Also...I've heard of using the hack saw blade trick to release the slides but my efforts have not provided results on my box; can you school me on how you removed the drawers?

yes there is a front piece unfortunately mine was missing i used a grind-ed down harbor freight screw driver and mine worked it did take a little bit of effort i also used an hacksaw blade on a couple something flexible deffniently works alot better
