Hello, I’m new here and in the Northern Neck area of Virginia and have read some real good info I never knew was available about garages! My son is looking to build a 36’x70’x14’ garage (autos) that will have a small enclosed area on one end (20’x36’) that will have a fridge, table n chairs, ceiling a bathroom and a/c. We are in the process of marking our area on a copy of the county plat we have based on the setbacks given and are looking forward to getting the move on. We have cars n trucks that need attention and would like to be getting on them ASAP. Thanks for all the good info and currently am reading all there is about the concrete and the buildings. We are on the fence over getting a pole building vs. all metal building. Will be looking for who has built what and how they like what they have. Any free advice is welcome as well ! Thanks again
