Folks, this could be the coolest tool I've come up with yet! A new Tool Box Analysis Tool has been developed and deployed! You can compare lids, trays, drawer layouts, stamps, drawer pulls, and slides. You can find the link under "Today's News" on the home page of toolarchives.com! Since this tool utilizes "user tags," you must have an account for the tool to work, and be logged in. I truly believe this tool is going to help in identifying the makers of many tool boxes going forward!

AND, AS ALWAYS, UPLOAD YOUR TOOLS AND TOOL BOXES!

Ah geeze, another user name a password to remember. Why does it have to be a member only type thing?

Because when you select things to compare, it has to attribute that selection to you, and not everyone! Same with all the other analysis tools. If I were an actual developer, I'm sure there are other ways, but I'm just a novice. Making do with the skills I have. I'm just trying to pick up where AA left off, but add more up to date data analysis capabilities.

Well, I'm going to sign up out of interest. Looks like my application needs to be approved. Thanks for letting us in on this, Twertsy.

No problem, it's built and intended to be a community effort, which is why you need a sign in to contribute content. Otherwise, we'd be cleaning up articles about sanitary napkins every morning................Before I put the double captcha login on there, I awoke one morning to 3000+ bogus requests for account.

Just kind of pointless.
Not into signing up if I can not see an content or function that I am signing up for.
Plus the front page is unreadable with the mozilla browser I use.

sorry

And being the owner of a krl 1032 &1033 is there another toolbox with bigger drawer?

Nothing to be sorry about. It's about historical data regarding the identification of vintage manufacturers and items, not modern tools/boxes.
