I do like the look of stainless steel!!!

Next time, hold the cell phone still and squeeze the shutter button gently. I'm gettin' a headache looking at the fuzzy pics, LOL!

I bought this box at Costco, picture was shamelessly lifted from the OP.

I looked at HD & Lowes & was not impressed, I think my price was a bit over $270 incl. 7.25% Moonbeam tax.

The Kobuta and HD 35" chests look nice, but (not to be an old poop) I don't like the side opening doors ... you'll always need to have open (ie, wasted) space on each side of the cabinet just to allow for the side door swing. And not sure how useful the side storage space will be ... but, perhaps for the right application, it could be OK.

I do like Kubota orange with that touch of black, but the Matco orange is brighter I think.

I was at Costco today, saw the NXA box. Opened a draw & shook it side to side, thought the entire box was going to fall apart.
They also had the 6(?) drawer wooden boxes.

Was at Costco this evening, all they had that was new was the Wooden tool box, and some misc. smaller boxes. Nothing of any size! Would love to pick up either a 60" SS or the 72" SS then I could finish my garage reconfiguration!

I like the idea of the Kubota box as a rolling shop cart you take to the project like in the driveway, but you won't be parking it next to anything else.

4v Shane,
Just call your nearest costco and give them the part number, they can look and see if they have any in stock. I called my local store yesterday and they had 3. When I walked in the door, 1 had been purchased already. Was able to get one of the 72" boxes. It is still wrapped up in my truck-waiting on help to unload.

i refuse to buy anything from China when so many Americans are still out of work and our trade balance is upside down. Find a good quality used one and pay an American to paint it / restore it. It is your country being sold dollar by dollar to the Chinese.

Good thing there are guys like you out there. If everyone rushed out and bought these they'd be out of stock when I went to get mine. . .

Another 72" box without any decent width drawers. To me it just defeats the purpose of upgrading to a 72" if I can't store 3' and 4' breaker bars, levels, etc in it..

It is cheap though, but minus all the extra drawers, slides, handles, and additional middle casters most other 72's have I guess it skims the price down considerably.

Decent price, but no available top box??

Look at the Montezuma 72". 3drawers and 52" wide. Great for sockets, screwdrivers and pliers or wrenches. They are a good value.

blah, blah, blah. Not that I don't fundamentally agree with you, but spread out your wardrobe and let's see what was made in the USA. Hell, let's tear apart your house and see how many of the materials came from the USA. I'll bet you a nice tool from my box that the lumber wasn't. We can go from there.

The workbenches with 2 wall cabinets are 389.99 at my local Costco. They look and feel really well made and sturdy. I've considered getting 2 of them in the past, but never pulled the trigger.

The Huge Workbench (59x30) with 2 side cabinet is on sale in OR for $340. and on sale in CT for $249.99.

I purchased mine at $340 a week ago and is extremely satisfied. Very sturdy build - like a rock. With thick solid rubberwood top.

Very satisfied. Just feel cheated that I didn't get the Costco CT $249.99 price. The top is not perfect though, there are small parts that is not finished properly.
