Shown in my incomplete 3.5 car attached. I hate paying people to do stuff so this will be handy for site clean-up and landscaping the 2 acres. Told myself I'll sell it once I'm done but got a feeling it will be hard to give up.

I love my front end loader! I don't know how I ever lived without one! You'll never go back to LWOFL (life without front end loader)!

No offense intended in this question, I'm not trying to be a trouble maker here. What is a .5 car when you say 3.5 car garage? Does that just mean you have some work or storage space along with the ability to park 3 cars? Does that mean in has an office or a 1/2 bath? Does that mean it has room for 3 Mustangs and 1 Camaro (1/2 car) ? I've never heard a reference like this before. :headscrat

That's all it means...pretty common description around here.

My basic 3.5 car garage, an early plan but basically how it will be (the tractor in the plan of course is just a garden tractor). May have to get a 4-post to park the big tractor if it stays:

Silly, fix your math, that would be a 2.5 car garage. Mustang only equals .5 since you only get to drive em half the time.

Perception IS truth...

Personally, I'm very proud of the "Blue Oval Boy's", they have to work on thier ride's twice as much, spend twice the money, have twice the grief AND learn to be gracious losers. (Except on "super ford sunday" when the last car running is declaired the winner and towed off by a GM wrecker) RED

Learn something new everyday. I just call mine a large 3 car garage.
My current garage is a fairly tight 2-car at 415 sq. ft. the new one is 1150 sq. ft. and I could easily park 4 and squeeze in 5 but with a single and a double door ( 3 total "car openings") it will only ever be considered a 3 point something size.

I see houses for sale all the time around here listed as 2 1/2 car garages which are usually a 16 foot double door and enough extra width on one side for a mandoor next to the big door.
