I would like to know where I could get a good oil filter cut off tool. And if its worth having one in the tool box.

I have a Proform oil filter cutter that works very well. It was kinda pricey, and seems to have gotten a bit more expensive since I got mine. Still recommend it. The ones made by Longacre and Jegs are also good, I don't own them but have used them.
