My 86 pickup has normal lug nuts, but my 88 semi has the reverse on the driver side. But that's how many (most/all?) cap nuts were back then.

I've never owned an older one than that.
How, oh how, could you neglect the INFAMOUS 6.0 and 6.4 Powerstroke.

FYI, if you go the Norbar route, you can get them from McCann Equipment (their main business is wrench calibration, and have locations across the country).

I’d also suggest looking at the Ultrapro line at NAPA. I actually think a few of theirs might be Norbar (if you can look at the package look for made in the UK). Watch the RealDeals flyer.

I have an older Mastercraft Maximum. My brother has a newer one with a metal handle rather than rubber. I like the metal construction better, but I think his is 20ftlb per handle rotation, and mine is 10 which is easier to set. Honestly if you don’t want to spend $300, might be worth a look of what the current CT offering is - while there’s plenty of ‘better’ offerings out there, it’s hard to find better for the money. And if you only had regular Mastercraft, then Maximum is likely an upgrade.

I’ve been wanting a 150ftlb wrench. To me the 250 can be a bit big a lot of the time, and I think accuracy is better in the middle of the range than when you’re only using the bottom part of the range. The Titan wrenches at Princess look fine, at least for lugs, although I kind of want a Norbar.

I already picked up a CDI, it showed up today. I had the old school Mastercraft Maximum before they split up the brands. It was pretty darn good to me all these years but just gave up.
