Hi, my name's Tom and I'm in West Richland, WA -- or at least I will be in 2 weeks. Our new house will be ready then, including the 3 car garage. I'm used to garages about that size and have been into cars all my life, and most recently I've started a lot of reloading (pistols) in the garage too.

I found the site while looking for reviews on flooring options. I've elected to go with the Costo Motofloor and have ordered it already. One of the major factors was that it's just too cold to lay down epoxy and I don't want to move everything back out next spring.

I had the house built with an extra 220 circuit for my air compressor and an extra 20A 110V circuit for an AC unit. I'm going to have to try a portable AC unit since neighborhood covenants don't allow wall or window mounts. For heat I'll probably stick with electric, a couple of cheap milkhouse style heaters to start with. They probably won't keep up but should take the edge off, I'm OK with it on the cooler side in there for now. We don't have gas available and electricity here is pretty cheap anyhow.

Projects after moving in will be better lighting (some banks of flourescents, just 3 incandescent bulbs in there now) and running compressed air drops to the workbench and a retractable air hose on the ceiling. Unfortunately the builders would not let me do any of my own work for liability reasons -- it would have been so cool to get the air pipe behind the drywall.
