Hey everyone. I've been active on automotive forums for 8+ years or so, but just now creating an account here after lurking for many years... Now that my wife and I bought a house rather than renting I hope to make some improvements to the garage and figured here would be my best bet. I'll post a pic or two to give you an idea of what I have now, always looking to expand my knowledge and do things to the best of my abilities not just "eh, good enough". I'm into all things automotive, motorcycle, and particularly detailing related.

Looking forward to adding to the community where I can!

Here's a few pics to give you an idea of what I'm working with now:

How the garage usually looks:

Just finished detailing my 2003 Triumph Speed Triple

This past weekend my dad brought his Challenger over for a detail to remove a lot of small scratches. Here's the finished project:

CS: great pictures and you'll fit right in here. lots to learn and it looks like you have plenty to share so WELCOME.

BTW you are not the only one organizing their nuts, bolts, parts and stuff so don't feel alone. you'll probably need bigger tool and parts storage once you stick around here for a while so you might take a look at a metal cabinet thread i started if you haven't seen it to get a few ideas.

Cool thread - thanks for the link. I know a lot of my stuff is "mid level", hoping to slowly upgrade and own some more LIFETIME quality items that can be passed down for generations. I've already started growing my tools as a close friend of mine has worked for both snap on corporate and now owns a franchise... I'll be looking to upgrade the storage solutions as these either show age or I out grow them. Will be reading and absorbing lots of threads on my free time :)
