Hello GJ,

Looking forward to learning and contributing to my first real garage build, a detached 25 x 23 garage.

Plans include a lift, insulation/drywall, electrical, lighting, and flooring. All taking place within a very quiet, white-collar, residential neighborhood where the houses are stacked on each other. The neighbors are going to love me!!

Welcome from a place where new construction is home on top of home. (I live in an old neighbourhood.)

I think as long as you keep the noise down you won't have problems with the neighbours.
