New vice while walking the dog

My dad was walking our dog the other morning in a wooded area behind my neighbors house. To my surprise this is what he brought home, said it was just lying on the ground. Any info would be appreciated, from what I found it is a Wilton Cadet 4" Machinist Vise. I plan on doing a full rebuild to it.

It's not the cadet, it's the full blown regular machinist vise... Good Find! Hope you can get it apart.
