New vintage tool- what do I have here??

So a technician at work knows I am seriously into vintage tools and gave me this. As far as I can tell it is a line pressure tester for Allison transmissions. It looks vintage as the painted metal box with guages in it has a hammered paint finish to it. It is in very nice shape and looks to have been never used. The wooden box it is in is original as one of the pieces of paper that accompanies it has a parts list and the wooden box is listed on the parts list. I can imagine that it was probably a very expensive piece of equipment back in the day. Any one know how old this is or other info? Couldn't find anything on the internet or epay.

Just going out on a limb here, but maybe a Allison transmission tester model 313 I would give Allison a call and see what they say.
