New Water line-1/2" or 3/4"

I have a 1/2" water line feeding my workshop. I currently have a toilet and sink at one end of shop. I would like to extend the line to opposite end of shop (75') and place a water spicket on outside. I will be using PEX with pipe insulation and run thru the attic. Should I use 1/2" to extend with or would it help my water volume to use 3/4"?

75' is a long way for 1/2" . lots of friction loss. What is the flow like now with the 1/2" ? sink and toilet may have ok flow, but will the spigot? might consider running new 3/4 the entire way

If you are just extending the 1/2" feeding the shop, changing to 3/4" isn't going to change anything since the feed is still 1/2". 1/2" is fine for the extension.

Use the 3/4
The half is too frictiony
The volume is what your current half inch regulates.
The new line will add friction.

I have a 60'-ish long run of 1/2" PEX to an exterior hose bib and it flows just fine for a yard hose.
