Hi All;

I bought an old 220V MIG welder on Craigslist. It was bigger than my last welder and wouldn't fit on my existing cart so I decided to make a new cart. One thing that's always felt like a limitation of the standard carts is they don't carry all the grinding and cutting tools that are just as much a part of fabricating as the welder.

With this in mind, I made this cart that holds all my tools and the welder. The cut off saw fits neatly on the bottom shelf when I'm not using it. I made slots for four grinders on the side and then one for the front so I can easily hang up the one I happen to be using instead of setting on the ground.

On the bottom shelf I made places for three 4.5" grinding disks, two 7" disks and a spot for 14" cut off disks. There's also a place to hang my welding helmet and face shield. All the hoses and cords have a place to hang and I added a power strip.

Please let me know what you think. I got lots of good ideas from this forum so thanks.

Erik
