New WEST German Elofort Socket

I thought people here will get a kick out of this. This Elofort socket I bought from Amazon recently is marked Made in West Germany. Either a very old NOS part or somebody did not update the manufacturing process sheets from decades ago. The other sockets from the same Elofort series on the order marked Made in Germany. Fun stuff.

Looks like the sets we had in the kasserne automotive craft shop while I was in the army 1978 ish. West Germany technically existed until around 1991 when Reunification happened. I’d expect it to be from anytime before that year.
