Been on this site quite a bit the last few years. Started my workshop last year. Got the concrete done last Sept....will start up the construction on the structure in a few months (live in the Chicago area). The 12" of snow melted off a few days ago. Can't wait!
22'x45', 2x6 walls, 12' walls, scissor trusses in the front 2/3s of the garage for additional height - standard trusses in the back 1/3.
Focusing on flooring options now - leaning toward PVC tiles.
