I want to purchase one of the pro series sets and I am wondering how accurate the arrival dates are that new age displays on there website.
Has anyone in the last few months purchased a set?
I don’t mind paying and then waiting a couple months to receive them. But I don’t want to be getting jerked around by customer service knowing they are on a container ship anchored off the coast of California 3-4 months later.

I had a great experience a few months ago. Ordered the Pro 8 piece set on Jun 11. Email indicated the delivery should be between July 2 and July 18. Was actually delivered on June 24. The delivery driver (RHL Carriers) was fantastic. They are supposed to drop off at the street. However I asked if he could back down driveway and drop just outside my garage door. He offered to bring pallets (2) into my garage. Gave him a $20 tip.

Shipped well packaged. Zero damage.

BTW where in NH are you located? Spent 20 years in Loudon before moving to CT.

I purchased on July 1st of this year and they gave an estimated delivery of August 1st. They delivered them on July 7th. R&L carriers were great for me also and the driver wheeled them right up to my garage for me. No damage at all and a great experience. At the time it said the red was out of stock on the site but they must have actually had them there.

Unfortunately, things are much different than they were in July as far as shipping so there is a distinct possibility they could end up stuck on a ship. Our company is air freighting things in at a huge extra cost. I mean huge. Like one shipment was $28K for air VS $2K ocean. The only other alternative is to wait to receive the goods until after the Holidays and that wouldn't work out so well. The shipping and freight issues are real right now and probably won't even out until next year's 2nd to 3rd quarter.

I have been trying to buy an e-bike and they are stuck on the ocean right now. Nothing the company can do about it and they want that shipment more than I do! I'm only one guy while they have hundreds of sales on the line.

The good news is I think you'd love the cabinets once you have them. I bought the cheaper Bold series and even those are more cabinets than I'll ever need!
