I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the same set.

I'm going back and forth between the Performance and the Performance Plus series. The Performance is quite a bit less expensive, but thinner steel and a little smaller. I'm just trying to justify the extra coin for the "Plus".

I'll probably step up to this same set, though. If you end up buying them, post up your thoughts, please.

I received my cabinets and started on the garage this weekend. Had one issue with one of the lockers and will send it back. It has marks on one of the doors. Due to the 4"X2" concrete around the floor I put 2x6 and 2x4 to clear the lower ledge.

I believe I saw these in the store the other week. Seemed to be a good price. I opened them up and it felt EXTREMELY thin and cheap to me... At that price I don't want **** to flex and everything did, the doors, the shelves...etc. Maybe they all aren't like that but that wasn't a good sign to me.

The set I bought is 20 gauge. Most of the sets in stores are 24 gauge.

Big difference from Performance and Performance Plus. The gauge and the size of the cabinets.

I got 6 wall mount and 5 base units about 4 months ago. Some observations:

Good:
1) AS BUILT INs they are a good deal and are better than most of the other stuff I have seen
2) I have 20ga and they seem good and sturdy. I would not suggest using them as mobile units though
3) Good looking

Bad:
1) All the wall units but 1 showed up damaged as the hinges popped off and the doors bent. I was too lazy to send them back so I fixed them. Not a big deal but irritating
2) I got the SS counter. Looks nice in theory but mine showed up all dinged up. Again, I was going to send them back but decided that even replacing with undamaged ones, they are too thin and will be buggered up soon. I got some 1/8" sheet and am bending /welding up some proper covers
3) Drawer fronts are a bit flimsy. If you put too much pressure on the drawer handles the faces bend.

I got some from wayfair and some from Home Depot. Overall, I would get them again

Mine were dinged up too. Plus the locks and handles are at different heights on the tall cabinets. They are far apart so it does show too bad. Over stock gave me $150 credit for them. Would buy them again also
