Newage Pro cabinets Install

Picked up a set of New Age Pro series cabinets from Costco right before Xmas. Everything went pretty smoothly with delivery. I know they specify curbside delivery- but I am about 500ft. off road- but driver was cool and dropped off infront of my garage. Everything arrived with no damage.

As for the cabinets I like them a lot. 18G steel, soft close drawers, everything is built real nice. I don't use my garage as a main work shop like a lot of others here, mainly to put around in, clean the cars etc. but still wanted something nice for storage. Overall I would recommend these cabinets, I know they have been discussed numerous times on the forums here, but wanted to add to the satisfied customer list. The only thing I wished was different- is the work bench is not a full 6ft. with this setup there is clearly room for one.

Nice cabinets.
I have 4 of the overhead ones and like them as well.
That workbench gap on the sides would be unacceptable to me though.
A suggestion: You can get solid core doors at Lowes for fairly low cost. They are very flat and stable and make a great base for a workbench top.
I believe they are available in both 24" and 30" widths. I have nearly 16 feet of bench using these as a base and a sacrificial Masonite board on top.
the height of the door can be cut down to meet your 6 foot opening width.
Then you could also easily add back and side splashes.

Nice pictures, I have read a lot of good reviews and I'm thinking about buying the same cabinets. I need to seal my floor first and am wondering what you used, thats the look I am looking for.

I have had the older New Age Pro cabinets for several years now and they are very nice cabinets, for the price. They have held up very well and I highly recommend them.

I just used a clear epoxy that my friend had. He was the contractor that built the garage. not sure if it was a 100 solid or not. It came out ok. Plenty of vendors here that you could get a good quality clear protection for your floor. I don't use my garage as a main work space like a lot of people on here- so it should stay fairly clean. Eventually I want to put down a free flow system like race deck.
in the northeast here its tough to keep it looking brand new all the time anyways

As for the cabinets- I love them. no issues at all. glad I went with the heavier gauge. highly recommend them.
