I have one. Its a little flimsy with side to side wobble.

I ended up notching the bench top, moving down as a bottom shelf, them mounting 3/8 plate to the top. I also added some diagonal bracing, and its solid as can be.

The best part, is that I used riv-nuts....so the entire bench can be taken apart and moved somewhere else if needed.

Oh, and the "stainless" top, is merely think sheet metal wrapped around some MDF type wood.

So I jumped on this deal for the 8-ft Bamboo top. Shipping was speedy and the UPS guy did a good job of putting it under my front awning since it was raining and I wasn't home for delivery. Assembly was smooth, except that one of the cross members for the short side was welded incorrectly from the factory. One of the plates on the side of the cross member that connects to the threadserts on the legs, well it was welded on upside down at the factory, so things would be askew upon assembly.

I was able to fix it by re-drilling the holes where they should have been, but obviously this is not an ideal situation so I contacted NewAge about it. I figured they'd be able to send me a replacement cross-member, but imagine my surprise when they instead sent me an entire new 8-ft 120-lb workbench! So now I have an extra huge workbench that I didn't intend to have, need to make room in the garage!

I would take that new one they sent back to your local Costco for a refund. That way you would get the bench you have already setup for free...

Looking back, it was something I shouldn't have posted. Sorry guys.

On another note, I got my bench setup last night, very nice quality bench at a good price. Very happy with it.
