Newair not working

Good morning people new to the site I like what I see now if I can get my heater to work I will be all set.So I received my new heater yesterday it is a Newair G73 I hooked it up flicked the breaker turned the switch nothing no fan no element so I checked with a meter and I have 110 on both wires at the heater, anyone have any ideas? I took it apart checked the switch it seems to be alright I bough it on way fair site so I called them they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the old heater so I thought I would try and get it going nothing to loose. I searched to see if I could find a wire schematic of the inside I would like to know what sensor is what.Well I took up enough of your time any help will be appreciated. Thanks

That is a 240 volt heater check between wires to see if you have 240 volts not 110 on each leg but 240 between legs. Should be on a duplex breaker that takes up two spaces in the panel..

Ok I will try that I used 10/2 wire with a 30 amp double pole breaker so it takes up 2 spots in the panel. Thanks for now

Thank you Milton you put me on the right track hard to believe 71 hits and you were the only one to answer, my problem was the breaker was not split I was only getting 110 so once again Thank you very much and take care.
