Heya - getting ready to sell our house and move somewhere more central in Denver... which means tighter lots. Looking for ideas on the best possible layout/setup to give me the following...

Minimum 3 car garage, thinking tandem 2 car though (total of 4).
4 post storage lift
2 post maint. lift
Side pad/apron for parking 28" trailer
12" ceilings
Loft area for storage (partial would be fine)
Possible office/man cave/bathroom/w/d
Possible porch/carport area off opposite side of trailer pad/apron.

Those are the biggies...

Also needs to include gas, power (220V), water...

Oh and most lots downtown are only 50' wide... thinking this is going to be a longer, skinnier, end entry type thing... possible gambrel style with half loft in back and taller ceilings in front for the lift height... maybe only "attic" storage about 12" ceiling areas... office/man cave/bath in back under loft (don't need 12" ceilings in that area...

I see TONS OF great setups here and just hoping you guys might like to brainstorm with me on what the best setup might be. Mostly likely going to be a street access single drive that sneaks by the house into the backyard where I can somehow manage this. One car garage attached to house will be wifes daily driver. Garage will be my daily driver and then several hobby cars on storage and work in progress areas.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand, go! Let, know any questions or ideas you may have. Loving this site already!

You might also ask this question in the General Garage Discussion forum. It will get much more attention there than here in the Introduce Yourself forum...
