Newb from Vermont

Hello! I'm new here and am excited to participate. My wife and I are planning a 48' x 25' 2 story Geobarn. The first floor will be for primarily for vehicles and the second floor will prob. be a woodshop initially and eventually an apartment.

I have lots of questions about heating, lifts, etc...Just getting started with the planning but have removed a couple of out buildings and have knocked a few trees down in hopes for a ground breaking in the Spring....

Welcome! By Geobarn, do you mean the company run by George? We almost hired him years ago before changing direction. I was very impressed by the barns he built for a couple friends across the river from you.

I'm back...garage plan has changed to 24' x 52' 2 story Geobarn.

I've been removing trees from the building site and the design has submitted for building permit.
