Sorry I didn't see this section, but I am a homeowner building a mostly log home with conventional trusses and such as we couldn't pass the ResCheck with all 7" wide rectangular logs - lol. They just don't give you the R-value.
Anyways, at the last moment I decided to do a really nice garage as I wouldn't have the time and ambition to do so after we moved in it.
We are doing the quartz floor that I mentioned in the flooring section.
