Hello. No I'm not from the smog city. I'm from the state of LA. Teaching myself to be a machinist. I've enjoyed my midsized Grizzly lathe/mill combo. But, found it's limits quickly. Now I have a Van Norman 24MLA that I will be getting up & running in the coming months. Hope to find others with similar horizontal/vertical machines for guidance!
