Hello from Maryland.

I have a three car attached garage, problem was, the prior owner (designer) of the house seemed to think 21' was deep enough :headscrat

I fixed that, 32X50X14 with two 12X12 openings up front. Has it's own dedicated driveway with parking room.

Weather has me fouled up for doing anything else at this point, need to trench in for water, electric and some drains.

I have many questions to ask of you veteran garage dwellers, concrete and doors are on the to-do list as soon as the weather straightens out around here.

Here are some in process pics, Phil.

Since then, I have straightened out the grade with 15 yards of select fill, (tamped) and then 22 tons of 3/4 minus also compacted.

Have just a little bit more stone needed inside to get her near perfect.

Plans are 6 mil vapor barrier, 5" 3500psi with fiber, probably going to use wire. (not 100% sure what I need in the way of wire/rebar at this point).

Would love to go radiant, as it seems a lot of people here do, but the wallet just won't allow for it.
