Newbe with bottom seal problem

Hi Ya'll,
I recently found this site and need help. My garage has 2 Clopay doors that are 13 years old and need bottom seals. The seal is kinda funky. When viewed in place it looks like a t-bulb. When you remove it it is flat with what looks like a u type. I have been unable to find a new seal. I have checked all the box stores and nothing. I emailed Clopay and they put me in touch with a company 85 miles away that has been closed for a while. Anyone know where I might find some seals?

If your bottom seal is not sealing have you considered rubber pants and perhaps tucking your trouser-legs into your socks?

(UK pants = US shorts, UK trousers = US pants)
