Ordered from a company that builds garages only. They brought the walls in pre-built on a truck, erected it in about 4 hours:

instant garage, just add concrete pad!

Very cool. But I prefer taking about a year to do it. That way you go insane not being able to work on the projects you want to! :willy_nil

The cost included the concrete work and was about $8k for my 16x22. 2x4 construction, 2x6 rafters and wall ties, 5" concrete curb around inside (you can hose it out and not get the sill plate (which is treated) wet. Add another $1500 for the asphalt driveway and it was ready. it is unfinished inside, you have to/get to do that.

I used Bullock Garages out of Ofallon Illinois.

Very Cool, I've been to O'Fallon, have a friend there. Saw the Rolling Stones at Busch Stadium in '89, stayed with them in O'Fallon.

Enjoy your new garage, sounds like a great deal.

Yes, saw Randy Johnson pitch for the Yankees there this summer. Nobody supports their team like Redbirds fans.

Mickeypat, I saw the same game! First and only time the yanks played at Busch!
I'll miss that stadium.
