Hi all, very new newbie who moments ago read about The Garage Journal in the online article "Do you have any Porsche resolutions for 2026?". Hoping to learn a bunch here - a much-needed garage makeover is on my list. In particular, the floor. Garage had been turned into a home office with a layer of leveled concrete and parquet tiles which is now delaminating and crumbing (argh). A safety hazard! Wishing all a happy, safe and productive new year!

Welcome to the Forum from the San Diego, California area.
After you scrape the remnants of the tile from the floor, you may choose to fill it in with something like Fixall. I have used Fixall to level concrete floors before having sheet vinyl or carpet installed.
