Hi there!
I joined the site mainly because I am looking for ideas for building a new garage! (WOOHOO!) Looks like plenty of other stuff to look at here as well!
We decided rather than buy a new house.....a new garage would work, the size limitations are not going to be what I hope I'm afraid. I want as big as they will let me get away with at least. I'm hoping for 30x30 minimum to replace our existing 1 staller and complete tear out of of driveway while were at it. I'd also like to have a lift too. I have been scouring the web for plans, but gosh they all seem the same for the most part? Would like to have the roofline overshoot to make a covered patio/carport. I'll dig around some, but I will be asking questions for sure!
