Hello all!
Newbie here. I've been lurking the past few weeks, getting inspiration for my garage addition. I’m adding an over-sized, one-car garage, next to the existing 1928 brick garage. I'll eventually cut a large door through the shared wall.
I'm planning on doing most of the work myself, except for removing one tree (20' blue spruce) and the concrete slab...
I've got 6 concrete guys lined up next week for quotes. I get nervous reading a few of the disappointing concrete stories here... I'm trying to do as much research to educate myself about a proper slab.
