Hi!
i saw this forum linked at Jockey Journal and decided to log in here too.
im buidin a ironhead into zero style and an old school xs650 yammy too.
just rented a new garage,its not the biggest ones,just about,10m x 5m.
i have quite good tool to drag there,after i get that place cleaned and im also paintin the walls,floor and putin some more lights there.its under ground so its quite safe,and has a heavy duty steel reinforced door.has a toilet,place to take a shover etc,and a mini kitchen.but those are in common place with other guys who are also in that big garege,its totally some 300m2,an old car shop.
i donno how much u have tools but heres some of mine:
-mig welder
-couple angle grinders,a large and small one
-hydraulic tube bender,selfmade ofcourse,for smooth curves.
-couple drills
-gas welding/cutting torches(lookin for tanks)
-three large boxes full of smaller tools,wrenches,sockets,hammers and s--t.
-mac tools / s&s 187 mechanic tool kit with chest.
-24l single cyl,and 80l twin cyl compressors
-two airbrushes,iwata hp-c & some aztec
-two large ones for painting tanks and cars etc,no name brand
.
-and ofcourse cd player+microwave+small freezer from some hotel,for hydration
and im also gettin there a fully adjustable accurate jig for buiding frames,as my friend shares the space with me,hes makin his own chop too,and 28 hudson coupe ratrod.
one thing im jealous to u guys,i have to say,is that u seem to have those appropriate steel tool chests from mac etc,here we dont see em.if u got one and wanna some money thru paypal,pm to me
