wow...great forum etc...love some of the garages going on here...****** amazing...am hopefully doing one myself but am not sure which way to go on it...my problem is that i (along with my family) want to move in a few years time closer to my work place but do i
1: just go ahead & build the garage that i want now
or
2: just build a new small garage to tie me over.....
the problem is we might not move at all.....
the garage size id like to be able to build is 30 x 45 x 14....all steel frame with concrete blocks for the walls and a steel roof...partailly floored for a games room up stairs....do i put insulation in the floor & walls like the way id build a house or do i leave it?????
what do you guys think? remember the weather is wet in ireland .
