Howdy folks.

I was cruising the mopowerstyle.com forums and some one there mentioned this url. Neat stuff. I've been building my Garage for about a year and half. I built all with the help of some good friends and a lot of Budweiser. I have farmed out the concrete and the roofing. I also had a local company build the floor joist and the rafters as the county want engineered load specs. But my friends and I nailed it all together.:lol_hitti I will have to get more photos. I have most of the trim done and doors hung. I'm building the garage doors now. The foot print of the shop is 28' X 48' and is a full two stories with no posts on either floors.

The roof joist are on 16" centers and the floor are 24". I'm not to sure about the load calcs. No snow load being in Phoenix but high winds. We had 60 mph gusts last night when the Monsoons rolled through. If I come across the build sheets again I post the load specs.

Thanks for the interest. Can't wait till I get all done.
