Hey guys. I'm moving from Big Lake Mn to Zimmerman (about 3 miles)in 6 weeks.
I'll be stepping up from about a 450 sf garage to a 30' x 40' finished shop with pellet stove.
My plan is to wall off 10' off one end for a 10' x 15' shed space, and 10' x 15' storage room. The rest will be my workshop for my 5 bikes.
I've got a cabinet maker pricing out cabinets and am planning for air, Tough Seal tile, lights etc.
It takes a long time to be patient, but hopeful that it will come together by winter.
