Hello folks - building new house that has a 24' x 27'8" garage. Added 4' depth to garage and golf cart bay. Can't have too much garage space!

They poured concrete last week. Will wait a until next summer to epoxy or coat floor. We are entering retirement with a 55 plus active community. Hope to get some tips and make decisions here based on others expertise.

Feel free to pm me regarding mutual interests! i.e. outdoor hobbies, boating, motorcycles, rv's and latest hobby - electric bike!

Welcome from S.E. Wisconsin on a rainy Monday morning. You mentioned a golf cart bay, are you a golfer too? I play golf quite a bit (weather permitting) and was hoping to go this morning, but with the rain we are having that isn't going to happen.
