Hi everyone. I am currently in the process of doing a lease to own house, yeah I know buying is easier but I can not afford that right now, and had a few questions. I have a 15x20 pad in my back yard where there was once a detached garage. It has a couple little cracks in it but overall looks pretty decent. I was wondering if I could just use a diamond pad to rough it up and then pour over the pad to get a fresh surface to build on. I am really just needing a small garage for the occasional diy project and auto repairs. Can anyone give me a little advice on the situation?
