Lurked a little bit but decided to join now that I have an upcoming home purchase that needs garage help.

The new home has a "large" one car garage(14x20) that I'm hoping to expand out a bit. One of the challenges is VERY rocky terrain that I'm looking for ideas on:dunno:

Thanks for the welcomes.

Once I can get some good pictures, I will definitely be posting pictures and questions.

I'm looking for a "simple" expansion for a 24'x20' garage.

I think the problem will be dealing with a solid rock chunk that I suspect will be a LOT of jack-hammer work:( Which would also be exacerbated by how deep I need to go with the frost level(home is at 2200' in the Sierras)

The rest should be "simple" construction work.
