Just wanted to say hi and thank you all for this forum. Right now we're in the process of selling our house with an attached 2 car garage. The garage is of a relatively decent size (24x24 I think) but it's getting tight with a mini-van, FJ60 Toyota Landcruiser, a workbench, toolbox, shelves and a PLETHORA of small kids toys (cars, trikes, wagons, etc.) With some of the organizational tips on this site, I hope to make the garage more presentable for showings.
But the main reason I joined this site is because the new house will either come with a detached shop or will have enough room in the yard and budget to build a shop.
(That's even the wife's requirement!) I plan to do a little research into 2 car wide by 2 car deep garages and see what sizes most suggest.
