Just found this forum last week and have spent a couple dozen hours here already.
I started my 25x40 garage in 2008 and have slowly been completing it.
Currently the building is framed, sided, roofed and wired. 1/2 of the floor has been poured, the doors and windows are all installed and it is 1/2 insulated with R13 Faced fiberglass. Still need to run power from my main service on the house, soffit and fascia, sheet rock and pour the other 1/2 of the floor.
I may have gone overboard on the electrical. I have a 100 amp panel, 35 duplex boxes and 7 light circuits. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL IT'S DONE!!!!
