My name is Evan and I live on the outskirts of Seattle. My wife and I have just finalized plans for a new 4 car carriage house. The plans have been approved for review with the city. We are compiling our final specs to send out for quote. I look forward to reading some of your threads and learning a thing or two. I'll be happy to share some my experiences as well.
