After browsing this site for quite a while, I am finally able to build a new garage. Oh, and a house too, but the garage is going up first...:bounce:

We recently sold our house and the house we were supposed to buy (with attached 3.5 car garage sold out from under us. So now we're living the apartment life (with NO garage) while we're building a new house/24x40x12 polebarn. I know it won't be big enough, but that's all the funds would allow! It'll still be worlds ahead of what I had, a 20x22 attached:

I'll be sure to post progress pictures as thing get going.

Greg,

Where are looking? I'm in Sagamore. Built a 24'x32' 2 story pole barn 4 years ago. Wanted to go bigger but the township said no. I'm planning a covert addition to house all my lawn and garden equipment.

Welcome to the board.

Grafton. Actually, Eaton Township, I could've gone larger if the funds permitted, but my money tree died! I'll probably put up a shed for the lawn equipment in the future.

Welcome. 2 stangs and NE Ohio, are you on Buckeyestangs?

I've seen it, but never joined. We have 4 Stangs, a '67 fastback project car (up on the lift), the '92 GT the '06 GT and my son has a '90 LX. As you can see, we're in terrible need of a bigger garage!
