Hi all, my name as most will have figured out is Greg. I am 58 and a retired nurse dur to a bad back and surgery that did little for function and MS. Neuro said I was the first guy he had diagnosed in his fifties his entire time as a doc. He is a few years older than I as in early seventies. I love to get out in the shop as much as possible which is usually about 15-20 hours a week. A couple of hours and my back is making my legs do nasty tricks like pain and numbness at the same time. Glad to be here with you fine folk and hope to learn many neat things from you all.

Welcome aboard! I'm assuming you tried all kinds of excercises and stretching? And also getting advice from an Occupational Therapist for things like adjustable height stools, lifts and such.
