So far I have been very impressed with the openness and professional level responses/suggestions/ideas and tips given in this forum.
I have a 1000 sqft attached garage for car/boat storage and normal garage stuff. This garage has a pre cast concrete floor so there is a second 1000sq ft area under. This "lower garage" area will become my workspace for the restoration of a '65 mustang convertible and other projects down the road.
