newbie in the coast guard

name is Josh I am in the USCG. When I joined I left all my tools and everything with my parents in Florida. I will be getting BAH soon and need to start buying tools again from scratch. I have always wanted a nice garage and feel like its time to start actually being serious and make it happen now that I have good funds.
