Newbie Looking for Help and/or Contractor in SNJ

I have a 2 car garage with an unknown paint applied by the previous owner at some point in the past. From what I gather, a good way to go would be to diamond grind then use 100% solids epoxy. I do all my own car repairs so I would want an end result that would be safe from my jack and jack stands. I am handy and wouldn't mind doing it myself but not opposed to a pro if reasonable.

Am I on track with the diamond grind/epoxy plan?

How much would it be for a pro?

Can anyone recommend someone in my area? I am in South Jersey (Mystic Islands).

Anyone have a grinder for rent in my area?

I am thinking about buying the Bosch 1773AK and doing it myself with Scotty's coatings. I can get the Bosch to my door for under $400, it comes with a blade and I can use it for other projects. I have a smaller grinder for edging, two shop vacs, extra filters, cartridge respirator and a dust deputy. Plus my girlfriend is always willing to help out.............yah wishful thinking there.

Anyway, is the blade that comes with the grinder good for the job? I hear alot of people referencing the turbo versions.
