Newbie on the block

Hi all,

I have visited the site many times and like many, I joined because it is that time to learn everything I can about your collective experiences. I had planned to build just prior to Covid and then everything went to hell, as in the $$$. I am back at it again and will unfortunately be paying quite a bit more than I would have, had I built it despite the "plandemic".

Most of my time here has been spent just searching the site for whatever information that I need to know. There is a wealth of information here! I will post questions and contribute where I can. I am into cars, fishing, hunting, skiing etc. I have many hobbies. Located on the Eastern Shore of MD.

I will start a new thread with my plans details and questions but briefly, I plan to build a 32'x26' 2 car garage with a loft over half. 2 post lift on the other side. Heated and cooled. Have a quote for a pole built for $70k awaiting a stick built quote.

Thanks! I am discovering more everyday. I just want to cover all my bases when I build. The interior can mostly be figured out later.
