Hello all. I was directed to this from from the Woodnet.net forum for some of my questions on concrete sealers. I read around a little bit but some of the lingo is over my head. I tried searching "sealers" but that was like searching for "wood" at the wood workers forum.
My wife and I would like to seal the concrete slab in our 3 stall garage. The house is almost three years old now. We would like a moderate level of protection against stains.
I'm not sure what else you guys and gals need to know. I'll cut and paste my original post from the other forum below.

We're looking to seal the garage slab this summer. Don't want to do epoxy, not sure I trust that stuff in a garage.
1. What works well, what should I buy?
2. How well does it hold up/how long does it last in a garage/any maintenance?
3. Does it help to minimize stains, if so what kind of stains?
4. Why do it in the first place? Does it do more than prevent stains?
5. How can I get rust stains out of concrete, if possible?

I hate to be a one night stand poster, but I could use your guys's knowledge. I'd ask the HD but we all know what that's like.
