Howdy,....glad I found this place. I'm Marty Lemons and I have a 2 car garage on the front of my house. The cheap-*** builder didn't finish the garage, so I am finally going to do it. So far I've added 12 electrical boxes for outlets and the audio and video wiring, drywalled the side walls, re-done the loft over the garage door, and am currently finishing the drywall(have I told you yet how much I hate finishing drywall)?

the loft will be used to store the 3 race karts. Will be designing a lift so that I can roll the karts on to a platform and then have a motorized hoist to lift the karts up to the loft, then they can be rolled on the loft area for storage. Yellow kart is my son's and mine is the red one.
I also installed a Mitsubishi split system heat pump outside the garage wall and the evap unit will hang up about 8 ft on the left wall.
Evap unit is here.
This is the remote control unit for the heat pump.
Also added a 2 inch conduit in the corner for all the wiring.
I'll post pics as I finish it for those remotely interested.
