Thought I would say hi, I am relatively new but love the site, my Wife and I just moved from the city to a smaller city with a bigger house for the Wife and well a 48 X 29 attached garage with two 18 long doors one standard and one 8 ft high, also 113 inch high ceilings. Plus the bonus was the old owner just poured a 30 x40 slab for a shop in the back yard! True floor drains in the attached and in the back yard, already with a ceiling heater and no AC old shop had and soon this one will also! I have come up with so many good ideas from this site I want to thank you all!!
